Malaysia Liberica ‘Peaberry’ Posted on 02/09/202001/09/2020 by Dr.JB View this post on Instagram Malaysia Liberica “Peaberry” by @myliberica.coffee Brewing it using 94c (yeah it’s too high i know) but i find higher temperature is the best for Liberica, to extract all the high fruity floral and to get the sweet “nutty” taste that i love The ground size is halfway between very coars and very fine, 5/10 Brew 15g to 230g water over 2:15min Taste: At higher temperature, after brewing, it has very balanced taste, not too fruity or acidic, no bitterness but when it gets colder, and colder, the nutty taste flows through the mouth and lingers in aftertaste for quite some time. Almost like an almond nut taste. and the last one to come out is blackberry fruity taste which is very very excellent ending notes cofffetiques score 4/5. #myliberica #malaysianroasters #johorcoffee #malaysiancoffee #specialtycoffee #coffee #sweetcoffee #peaberry #honeyprocess A post shared by Coffee Critiques (@coffeetiques) on Sep 18, 2019 at 4:49pm PDT Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Like this:Like Loading...
